Current transformers are used to transform a large current into 1A or 5A secondary signals. The secondary current (1 or 5 A) is used for different measuring inputs (analogue meters, transducers etc.). The DEIF current transformer range includes transformers for measuring, primary winding, split core, summation and protection.
